The bed is welded from thick steel pipes. The bed is annealed to eliminate excess hard force, increase the ductility of the bed, and ensure stability during the cutting process.

2. Heavy duty steel welded machine frame

Aerospace aluminum was manufactured using aerospace standards and extruded using a 4,300 ton press. After the aging treatment, the hardness can reach T6, which is the strongest of all beams. The aviation aluminum has good toughness, light weight, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and low density, which can greatly improve the processing speed.

4. Control Cabinet

5. XY Axis Taiwan HIWIN Square Rail &Taiwan YYC Rack Transmission system

The machine adopts Taiwan Hiwin square rail, which is more durable. And the use of high quality helical rack pinion, makes it high precision.
The rack and pinion on XY axis is from German.The high hardness of the material makes the rack more wear resistant.

7. Feeding roll

The machine comes with the feeding roll. The feeding roll will help the worker feed the material easily.

8. Serrate working platform

The steel serrated table can withstand heavier work pieces and has only a small area to touch the workpiece when cutting, maximizing the melting of the table surface by the heat of the laser.
Each piece is independent for easy replacement and maintenance.

9. S&A Water chiller

The function of the water cooler is to reduce the temperature of the laser generator and prevent the laser from being burned out. We only use brand-name water coolers with reliable quality.
